Emmy-award-winning composer Kurt Bestor reprises his popular Bestor's Best Singer Search. Holding auditions in 5 Utah cities, Bestor will listen to singers in every genre and age group to find Utah's best singer. THe winner will join Kurt on stage at his 20th Anniversary "A Kurt Bestor Christmas" to sing a song specially arranged for them.
After the five Singer Search events are held, Bestor will choose three finalists. On November 26th, they will appear with Bestor on KSL TV's Studio 5 between 11-12pm, where they will sing live. Kurt will then announce the winner on live TV. The winner will receive:
• An arrangement by Bestor
- A recording session with Bestor to record that arrangement
- A guest singer spot at Bestor's 20th Annual Christmas Concert
- A trip to LA with Bestor, including flight and hotel, to meet recording executives
Last year's winner, Erica Richardson, enjoyed a career-altering experience.
